it's to my neck i want to cut like a side bang %26amp; cut it higher on my neck and let the sides come down a little longer,should i cut it or keep it like it is,it's: all punkish and big %26amp; voulmed at the top but it have to stay punkish

Pictures are lousy!! Why bother to put a photo out there if we are unable to see your hair? Is your hair curly? Why keep it punk? If you really want to change get rid of any punk styles and surprise your friends with a new do.
