How should I cut my hair?

I am getting my hair cute soon, and I am looking for a change. Not a big one, but a small change. Right now, I have long, mid-back length brown hair.

It gets wavy and it kind of sticks if you twirl/curl it with your finger or you leave it in a bun and then take it out. It's density, etc., changes with the weather.

I am looking to get about an 1 inch and a half off, or maybe two inches? Should I get it layered? I tried that before, and didn't like it much.

Also, does straightening your hair with a straightening iron do any damage to your hair?

HELPPPPPPP!!!!

Thanks soooo much.

How should I cut my hair?

you should get layers like downwards in a 'v' shape....thats real nice and its not too dramatic u can still wear it curly n it would look nice, not to bulky and it looks real good blow dryed n just straightened with a hair straightener....and yes straightening can damage your hair but if you buy a professional quality one eg. ghd or nhd.... its better for your hair as it seals in your hairs natural moisture, but its always recommended to use a hair serum if ur gna straighten your hair just to protect it a little more also its good to use a decent treatment once a week atleast..

with scissors. let a professional do it.

How should I cut my hair?

Maybe 1 1/2 to two in. sraightening your hair with a sraight iron will not damage your hair as long as you USE some serum and put it in your hair first. hope i helped! please choose me as best
