There's something called Keratine.. It makes your hair straight for six months and no it doesnot ruin it or let it fall down cause it just have preservatives to keep it straight and not substances that burn the hair ! Ask your stylist about it ! I think it's the best !

You can press it or braid your hair in a cute style and if all fail's perm it ..or go with the locks

I have a friend who has her hair straightened and it looks nice all the time. Am not sure how many times she goes to the hair dresser, but I dont think it is that often. She wears pulled back alot of the time and it looks good. Depending on your face, sometimes wearing it short is also stylish. But not everyone can wear short hair. You have a lot of options and you dont need anything fake. Go to an experienced stylist and am sure you will be happy with their suggestions.
