I was invited to a black and white semi formal sweet 16. There are two dresses that i could possibly wear. They are both pretty much the same; black tunics, very short, with bubble skirt bottoms. The tops are both very basic; thick straps. But one of them has big black plastic jewls on the top. I dont exactly know how to wear my hair with either of them. I have long blonde hair. HELP PLEASE! Any ideas would be great!

since it is semi-formal, don't do any up-do's. with your outfit, i recommend using a bigger curling iron to slightly curl the ends or putting the hair half up-half down and curl the bottom layers.

okay if ur hair is long get big curls in, u could wear that in an up do or just down
and if ur hair is short u could get extentions with big curls in an up do or just down
