What should i do with my hair??

Okay, so here is a description of me;

I have blue eyes.

My face is oval.

My skin is fair.

My hair is currently a little longer than my chin.

My hair is blonde with some natural highlights.

Should I....

--Get a perm and get it curly [i have curled my hair and it looks great, and i love curly hair, but i've heard ppl not liking their perms][i want locks, big curls at the bottom and kind of mellowing out as you go to the top of my head]

--Dye it a different color, you tell me what color.

Please help! I haven't done anything to my hair before but get it cut. I'm definitely ready for a change..

Definitely DONT get a perm. I got one and it was awful! I looked like a poodle! If you want waves, just get a relaxer or something....

Color: DEFINITELY get red hair. It looks really nice with blue eyes and fair skin.

Ok dye it dark red...Put all of it up and have a side fringe (or if u have to a normal straight fringe) cut so that allways stays loose out. it looks so good and its in with the winter season fasion! xx
